Following Women International Day and Women in Science Day, last week we had our first EDI group meeting focused on Gender Equality in Science. We watched the lecture of Paul Walton : Gender Equality in Science: Why is it taking so long?  followed by reactions and discussions on this topic. This is a first step to bring awareness on this sensitive matter.

Our group members had some homework to do by taking the Harvard Implicit Association Test (IAT) which reveals a relative link between liberal arts and females and between science and males.
